Training

I.T. Works offers personalized training to individuals and companies. We have found from experience that training is far more effective and efficient when it is tailored to clients' specific needs and the requirements of their business. It is also more effective when using relevant data.

Our goal, in any training engagement is to make sure that each individual receives the instruction needed to efficiently and fully utilize their software. Training sessions can usually be scheduled within a week and can be held at your office our office or remotely using our internet based collaboration technology .

Support

I.T Works provides complete support for MAS 90, MAS 200, Peachtree, Quantum and TimeSlips. Whether you have a system error, need to design a report or form, can't balance your books or need to know how to perform a specific task, we can help.

We can help you set up new companies based on existing ones, change fiscal years, help you with imports and exports, convert data from other programs and repair your data should it become corrupted.

Customization

I.T.Works first and foremost will try to minimize the need for customization through full utilization of your software applications. However, we recognize that you may have requirements that your software does not address. In those situations we fully evaluate the feasibility of providing the customization you require and will provide you with a detailed proposal for providing it. We have formed partnerships with highly trained and experienced programmers to insure reliability in the customization you require.
